 Luke sets the strategic blueprint for Troptimum and is the lead liaison with partners and clients. He has more than 10 years of working experience in information technology, particularly in the areas of consultancy, software development and the outsourcing of professional services. He has strong ties with the Singapore government, multinational corporations (MNCs) and local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Qiuliang graduated with top honors from Beijing 's Tsinghua University with a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics and M.S. in Civil Engineering. On a scholarship from the Japanese Government, he subsequently obtained his Ph.D from Nagoya University in Japan . Quiliang has worked in the information technology industry in Japan for several years and has participated in the design and development of many software products. He has extensive experience in the field of information technology, especially in CAD application and software development.

Low Chee Chen is a practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS). He is also a Member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants United Kingdom (ACCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Chee Chen has 7 years of extensive experience with one of the Big 4 leading International Accounting & Auditing firms in Singapore and Malaysia prior to venturing into his own business. His scope of work amongst others, includes auditing, consulting and reviewing the internal procedures & internal control of SMEs, MNCs and listed companies in Singapore .

Mr. Kyoda graduated from the Department of Technology Civil Engineering of Hokkaido University in Japan . He then joined a leading Japanese bridge construction company and was engaged in the field of structural design. He also participated in the research and development of using computer aided design (CAD) in bridge engineering. Mr. Kyoda was then transferred to an Information Technology (IT) company engaged in construction in Japan where he further developed his expertise in CAD and CAM systems.
Mr. Kyoda has more than 20 years of experience working with the development, and implementation of CAD/CAM systems. He has also senior managerial experience in technical development, marketing research and sales.
In addition, Mr. Kyoda has served as a member of Information System Committee in the Japan Society of Civil Engineering for many years and has played an important role in the computerization of the Civil Engineering field in Japan .

Yan Peng oversees the development and implementation of Troptimum's technological solutions. At Singapore-based IT solutions and training provider iBridge, Yan Peng managed the information security consulting and information systems audit practice. As a qualified instructor for the Information Systems Audit (Foundation) workshop and Information Systems Audit (Intermediate) Workshop, she has also trained more than 80 internal auditors. Yan Peng has served as senior systems auditor for Diethelm Singapore and was also the information risk management (IRM) consultant for KPMG Singapore, implementing projects for the government, banking, insurance, entertainment, manufacturing and healthcare sectors.

Andrew is responsible for developing and leading Troptimum's product strategies and corporate vision. Andrew has previously served as business development director for The Young Entrepreneurship Mastery (Tyem), a Singapore-based training firm, where he was involved in contract negotiations and pursuing business leads. As business development director for pharmaceutical firm Sunlabel, he was named as a finalist for NTUC Income's Spirit of Enterprise 2003 award.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (high distinction) in Psychology and English from Ohio Northern University (USA).

As legal counsel, Ker Sheon overseas all legal and regulatory matters for Troptimum. Ker Sheon's professional qualifications, coupled with his extensive experience in information technology-related corporate work, intellectual property management, business development and investment, equips him to manage the Troptimum's legal needs worldwide.
